Our Massages can be customized for relaxation with Swedish style or therapeutic using Deep Tissue to help treat chronic pain. All massages incorporate the use of aromatherapy, with the choice of scent, in addition to a hot towel for a fully immersive experience.
Preformed by a certified prenatal massage therapist, a prenatal massage, similar to a regular massage, is done side lying positioned with pillows to ensure the safety and comfort for both baby and mommy. Aims to relax tense muscles, ease sore spots, improve circulation and mobility, customized to the needs of pregnant women and their changing bodies.
2nd trimester- 1 hour
3rd trimester - 90 minutes
An ancient form of massage in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction to bring any inflammation or toxins to the surface and move the cups across the skin. People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.
45 minutes to 1 hour session
This type of massage involves the use and placement of basalt river rock on different points of the body (back, legs, arms, and underneath shoulders). The rocks are heated before use and the massage therapist can then apply deeper pressure to areas of concern without causing any discomfort.
60 minute or 90 minute session
A layer of clay or mud is applied to the skin to detoxify, cleanse, and firm. The mud is thought to ease water retention and cleanse the pores by drawing out impurities. A mud wrap might help with arthritis, rheumatism and minor skin irritations.
90 minute session
The body is slathered in warm seaweed before being wrapped in a warm covering. This concentration of seawater and seaweed comes in a thick paste, and doesn't always smell great, it must be said, but its effects are palpable - it hydrates and firms the skin and leave it tingly fresh.

Warm bamboo massage uses solid bamboo sticks of different lengths and diameters to massage the body. The sticks are gently warmed and applied to give deep massage strokes to break down tension and stretch tight muscles. This type of massage not only encourages sensory nerve perception, circulation, and lymphatic drainage, it also provides you with a deep sense of “whole body” health, well-being, and relaxation.

Using stretches, range of motion and other techniques, done more gently to affect the whole energy and nervous system to relieve pain and restore balance. This practice offers the opportunity to explore flexibility limits and reach full potential through addressing trigger points and encouraging the body and mind to let go of energy, stress, and tension.

Like a pedicure but without the nail polish, the feet are exfoliated with a sugar scrub then wrapped it hot towels. The feet are then given a great massage to ease the soreness.
Great for sinus issues or allergies, the face is wrapped in a hot towel usually with eucalyptus, but the aroma of your choosing. The face is then massaged with cool stones to open up the sinuses and to "cool" the stress away.
